This website

This site provides information about Oriana Aesthetics and allows you to purchase services and packages online. Placing an order creates a purchase; it does not by itself confirm a specific appointment time. We contact you after purchase to arrange the appointment, subject to availability.

Service information and prices

Prices are shown in USD before applicable sales tax. Any sales tax is shown separately at checkout, and the total due is displayed before you pay. We will correct any pricing error before accepting payment and seek your agreement to the corrected price; if you do not agree, you may decline the purchase without a charge. If an error is discovered after payment, we will contact you and either refund the difference or, with your agreement, cancel and refund the order in full.

Package terms

Each package is a dollar-value prepaid credit toward our facial treatments, not a fixed number of sessions. Each completed treatment is deducted from your balance at its listed price, and the number of visits depends on the treatments you choose. Unused credit does not expire, and there is no automatic renewal or recurring billing. Package transfers require our prior written agreement and confirmation that the recipient can receive the services. If a transfer is not approved, the purchaser keeps the option to request a refund of unused credit.

Service delivery

Services are provided by appointment at our studio on Culebra Rd in San Antonio. We do not guarantee a particular appointment time until it is confirmed with you. If we cannot fulfill an agreed service, you may choose rescheduling or a refund for the unprovided portion.

Booking and refunds

Our booking policy and refund policy explain changes, cancellations, and refunds. We provide the applicable terms before purchase and do not apply later changes retroactively to reduce existing purchase rights.
