Request a refund
Contact info@orianaaestheticstx.com or 210-801-6528 with your name, purchase date, and the order reference from your receipt. Tell us which service or package credit the request concerns. Do not send full card details or sensitive health information.
Unused services
Prepaid services that have not been provided are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for those services, including the sales tax charged on them. There is no cancellation or refund administration fee, and no deadline for requesting a refund of an unused service.
Unused and partially used packages
Packages are prepaid credit toward our facial treatments, not a fixed number of sessions. An entirely unused package is eligible for a full refund. For a partially used package, we refund the unused credit balance: the amount paid minus the listed prices of the treatments already completed, with the related sales tax adjusted. We will not retrospectively reprice completed treatments, and we do not charge a penalty for refunding unused credit.
For illustration: if you paid $1,500 for a package and have completed treatments with listed prices totaling $450, the unused-credit refund is $1,050, plus the corresponding tax adjustment.
Partially performed or completed services
If only part of an agreed service is provided, we refund the portion not provided, based on the service's listed price. If that cannot be calculated simply, we will explain and agree a fair calculation with you.
Completed services are not automatically refundable solely because you change your mind. If you believe a service was not delivered as agreed, please contact us promptly, preferably within 14 days, so we can investigate and offer an appropriate resolution. This preferred reporting period does not limit rights provided by law or by your payment provider's dispute procedures.
Processing times
We will acknowledge a request within three business days and communicate a decision within ten business days after receiving the information needed to review it. Approved refunds are initiated within five business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears; we cannot guarantee its posting date.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. We do not require store credit instead of an eligible refund. If the original method cannot receive the refund, we will work with the payment provider and with you on a permitted alternative.
Retail products
This website currently offers services and packages only, not retail products. Product-specific return and shipping terms will be disclosed before any products are offered here.
Your rights
This policy does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law or under the terms of your payment provider.
